This project at Takiyo 2 is a commercial renovation for an after school childcare centre, covering the full scope of works from initial planning to final completion. The objective was to create a safe, functional, and engaging learning environment within a shoplot space.

Our team managed the project from start to end, including wet works, space planning and floor layout, custom carpentry, SPC flooring installation, and full painting works. The layout was carefully designed to maximise usable space while ensuring smooth circulation for students, teachers, and daily activities.

The carpentry works were tailored to suit a childcare setting, focusing on practical storage solutions and child-friendly design. SPC flooring was selected for its durability, safety, and ease of maintenance, making it ideal for high-traffic educational spaces. Painting works were completed to give the centre a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.

This project highlights our experience in commercial shoplot renovation and education centre interior design, delivering a complete renovation solution that meets both functional requirements and safety standards for a childcare environment.
