D’Island involves a 3-storey residential renovation, focused on improving space planning and enhancing daily living functionality through strategic layout reconfiguration and extension works.

At the ground floor, the existing maid’s room and bathroom were removed to create a larger, more open kitchen layout. The space was further enhanced with the addition of a kitchen island, transforming it into a more practical and social cooking area suited for modern living.

On the second floor, a new room was introduced, requiring careful planning to ensure efficient use of space while maintaining overall layout balance across the home.

Our scope of work included full plumbing and electrical (wiring) works, ensuring all newly configured spaces function seamlessly with the updated layout. We also provided floor plan layouts and detailed carpentry drawings for client approval prior to execution, allowing clear visualisation and alignment before renovation commenced.
