Villa Crystal is a residential renovation covering both construction and interior works. The project was executed based on the client’s provided 3D design, with practical refinements made to improve daily functionality and living flow.

Our scope of work included wet works, mechanical & electrical (M&E), plumbing, detailed drawings, custom carpentry, and plaster ceiling installation. From the early planning stage, we developed detailed drawings to ensure all elements were properly coordinated before site execution.

While following the client’s original design intent, we also introduced practical adjustments to enhance usability, ensuring that the layout supports the homeowner’s day-to-day lifestyle. This includes optimising space planning, improving movement flow, and aligning design elements with real-life usage.
