Mayang 14 involved a minor residential refurbishment, focusing on restoring and upgrading a home that had been left unused for several years. The goal was to refresh the overall condition of the property and make it fully functional and ready for occupancy.

Our scope of work included painting works, tile repairs and installation, plumbing upgrades, plaster ceiling works, and new lighting installation. In addition, the car porch fence was refurbished, improving both the security and exterior appearance of the home.

Given the condition of the house, careful attention was required to address wear and tear, ensuring all essential systems were properly restored. The plumbing and lighting upgrades were carried out to improve reliability and safety, while the new finishes helped revitalise the interior spaces.
